This space grew from a quiet pull in me, the kind that doesn’t shout but still refuses to be ignored. I wanted a place where I could share my thoughts in a way that feels like adding value rather than information. My journey of self-development and personal growth
My personal growth journey began back in 2008, sparked by a deep curiosity about human potential and what it truly means to live with intention. What started as a search for meaning slowly turned into a lifelong commitment to understanding myself, cultivating emotional balance, and choosing a more conscious way of moving through the world.
And the path unfolded in ways I never could have predicted.
In 2014, I studied directly under Jack Canfield, diving into mindset mastery, goal setting, and transformational success principles. A few years later, in 2019, I became an advanced certified Law of Attraction Mindset Coach through the Global Sciences Foundation. By 2020, my journey led me into a 200 hour yoga teacher training with YogaRenew, which deepened my relationship with breath, movement, and awareness. Along the way, I also trained as a meditation facilitator, which has become an anchor in both my personal and professional life.
These experiences strengthened my passion for mindset shifting, habit transformation, and personal empowerment. I’ve come to believe that with the right tools and a grounded mindset, anyone can design a life aligned with their truest values and vision.

My curiosity naturally drifted toward the deeper layers of how we work, which led me into the world of neuroscience and human consciousness. I’ve become especially fascinated by the ways our thoughts and emotions shape our lived reality. As a member of the Institute of Noetic Sciences, I follow their research closely, especially the work that bridges science, subtle energy, and human awareness. It continually reinforces my conviction that we hold far more inner power than we were ever taught to believe.

Professionally, my story began in 2006, long before I stepped into the world of holistic growth. I spent over 20 years in the corporate space, building a leadership career in finance & accounting. In my current role as a Director, I work across various industries and cultures, advising international clients and leading diverse, high performing teams. These experiences are shaping my ability to think strategically, stay grounded in complexity, and lead with clarity even when things felt anything but simple.

A holistic approach to life and wellbeing
Alongside the business world, I’ve always been drawn to natural medicine and holistic healing. I studied Ayurveda with Centre of Excellence and have spent years exploring alternative approaches to mental and physical wellbeing. I’m fascinated by how nature, intuition, nutrition, and mindful living can help us restore balance in ways that feel gentle yet deeply impactful.

Reading has always been my quiet refuge. Books open doors to new worlds, new ideas, and new parts of myself. Whether it’s psychology, philosophy, spirituality, or a novel that stays with me long after the last page, reading helps me understand the human experience in a richer way.
Traveling, meanwhile, expands me in a different direction. New cultures, new landscapes, new rhythms of life all remind me that the world is vast and interconnected. Every place I visit becomes its own kind of teacher. There’s something about standing in an unfamiliar street or hearing a language you don’t speak that makes life feel both mysterious and beautifully universal.
These passions keep me curious, grounded, and inspired. They shape the reflections I share here and remind me to stay open to life, always.

At the core of everything I do is my first love: writing. Since I was a child, writing has been the way I make sense of the world, the way I connect, the way I offer something of myself with honesty and intention. I’m a problem solver by nature, equal parts pragmatic and intuitive, always exploring what truly helps us grow beyond our limitations and step into lives that feel aligned and meaningful.
