I loved reading this, Alexandra. We really do share so many of the same interests: writing, reading, travel, spirituality, personal growth, and mindfulness, and that pull toward understanding life a little more deeply.
I love how you bring together the practical and the intuitive. I relate to that so much, especially with my own bookkeeping/work life on one side and my spiritual/writing life on the other.
That balance you mentioned between work and the more reflective side of life… I’ve felt that for a long time. Almost like two different worlds at first, and then slowly realising they don’t have to be separate.
And I’m glad that came through in the writing. Bringing those two sides together has been a big part of the journey for me.
Really nice to be connected with you here as well 💜
Hi Alexandra, first of all, it is nice to meet you. I want to take this opportunity to say that your post, 'What The Law Of Attraction Actually Gives You (It’s Not What You Think)', is a really in-depth expression of reality. I am glad that I was able to connect with the deep level of your message. It was very helpful to me, and I am truly thankful to you from the bottom of my heart.
Hi Alex, it was really nice to read more about you and what has led you here and shaped - including the work experience, training, yoga/breath work and the path to learn more about yourself and share this with others to help - all of which comes through in your work, values and the manner in which you frame your ideas.
Thank you - I really appreciate you taking the time to read it so closely.
It means a lot that those different parts came through for you, because for a long time they felt quite separate to me. Only later did I start to see how they connect and shape the way I think and write.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading your introduction. It was thoughtful, engaging, and enriching. It gave me a real sense of the person behind the writing. I'm looking forward to exploring more of your work.
I’m glad it gave you a sense of me… that was probably the part I thought about the most while writing it. Not just what to say, but how to say it in a way that feels honest.
I’m really glad you’re here part of my community and journey
I'm not surprised now that our outlooks on health and wellness are so aligned considering your interest in neurobiology in combination with everything else. Science and spirituality is the future.
For me, it’s less about combining science and spirituality as two separate things, and more about noticing they often point to similar experiences from different angles. One explains, the other explores.
I’ve found that when they’re not kept in separate boxes, things tend to make more sense in a practical, everyday way.
Alexandra, thank you for sharing your story and the path that brought you here.
What resonated most with me was your description of a "quiet pull" that refused to be ignored. So much of my own journey has unfolded that way. Not through dramatic certainty, but through small inner nudges that kept asking for my attention.
I also appreciate how you've woven together what many people keep separate: professional leadership, personal growth, mindfulness, and holistic wellbeing. Some of the most meaningful lessons in my life have come from discovering that we don't have to be only one thing. We can be strategic and intuitive. Practical and reflective. Grounded and curious.
I look forward to following along and seeing where your writing leads. Thank you for creating a space that invites people to slow down and reconnect with themselves.
Thank you for taking the time to read it so thoughtfully.
That “quiet pull” you mentioned… It’s rarely loud or dramatic, but it keeps showing up until you finally stop and listen. It’s interesting how many of us seem to be guided more by that than by any clear plan.
And I really appreciated how you described holding different parts together instead of separating them. That’s something I’ve come to understand slowly too - that we don’t have to choose between being practical or intuitive, structured or reflective. Life feels more whole when those parts are allowed to exist together.
I’m glad the space resonates with you. It means a lot to know it’s landing in the way I hoped it might.

Hi - it’s really nice to meet you too.
Thank you for sharing this and it means a lot that the article connected with you on that level.
Sometimes you write something and don’t really know how it will land, so hearing that it was genuinely helpful to you… that stays with me.
I’m really glad you found something in it that resonated.
Pleasure is all mine Ma’am

I’m glad that’s something you could feel in it.

Glad that connection came through for you.
That’s what I was trying to say, my bad. Spirituality is often dismissed by science.
Far out
Thanks for sharing your story 🫶
Thank you for reading and being part of my community ❤️
