I’m really happy that it felt like wanting to try it.
And honestly, you don’t have to change your meditation completely. This can just be a small addition or something you explore occasionally, not a replacement for what already works for you.
I’ve found it’s more about gently placing attention rather than doing something new or complicated. If it feels natural, it usually settles in quite easily.
Curious how it blends with your current practice if you try it 💕
A few years back when I was meditating I started imagining an angled triangular plane connecting my eyes to my third eye and it immediately started helping me with focus during my meditations. I will have to try this out, thank you for sharing!
That’s interesting - I like how you described that triangular plane. It sounds like something you discovered through experience rather than trying to follow a set method, which usually makes it more intuitive to come back to.
What you shared actually fits quite naturally with this practice. It’s not about doing it one exact way, but finding what helps you anchor your attention more easily.
If you try it again, I’d be curious if that same image comes back or if it evolves a bit. Those things tend to shift over time.
I used to think of the third eye as in between my eyebrows, but this triangular plane showed up connecting my eyes to the pineal gland deep in the brain, so it stretches up and back into my head from the eyes up to the level of the eyebrows.
I am excited to meditate tonight with your step by step feature and see what comes of it!
Thank you - I’m really glad it came across clearly.
It’s one of those practices that can feel complicated when it’s explained a certain way, but in reality it’s quite simple once you experience it for yourself.
I’ve found that keeping it gentle and not overthinking it makes the biggest difference.
Beautiful ❤️
Thank you 🙏
You explained the process where I feel like I can give it a try. I meditate, but not by using the ‘third eye.’ Thanks for sharing.💕
I will let you know. Yes, I plan to add it to what I am already doing. Thank you.
I’m really happy that it felt like wanting to try it.

Amazing 🤩
Thank you for this wonderful clarity on a useful practice that is often misunderstood! ❤️

Glad it resonated with you ❤️
Beautifully explained Alexandra:) I will implement the steps and methods. Thanks for sharing:)
I’m really glad to hear that.
Take it gently with the steps - there’s no need to get it “right” straight away. It tends to unfold more naturally when you don’t force it.
Curious how it feels once you’ve tried it a few times.
Will share that with you personally, once I experiment a couple of times.
